North Little Rock, Arkansas Vintage Boat Display

Riverfront in North Little Rock, Arkansas will be the scene of antique and classic boats on display     October 7, 2017,      10am-2pm

Come join us as Heartland Classics hosts a show of classic and antique boats on the Arkansas River in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  The North Little Rock display is a one day only event to be held at the Arkansas  Inland Maritime Museum, on the North Little Rock side of the river, directly across from the River Front District in downtown Little Rock.  The Museum is only a short walk from the District, accessible via the Junction Bridge, a pedestrian and bicycle bridge.

The North Little Rock display will be hosted on Saturday, October 7th, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM and will include some of the classic boats completing the 370 mile  Arkansas River Odyssey that began on the previous Sunday in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Show participants will have the opportunity to cruise the Arkansas River on Saturday afternoon after the show and view the Little Rock skyline and riverfront area.  For early arrivals, we have tentatively scheduled a Friday afternoon cruise which may include a lock through at Lock and Dam #7 (time permitting).

The show venue area will be at the docks of the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum which is home port for the WW II submarine USS Razorback and the United States Navy vessel Hoga, the last floating Navy vessel that was present at the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.  Show participants will have the opportunity to tour both of these unique Navy vessels as part of being in the display.
