Lake Hamilton gave attendees at the Hot Springs Classic a PERFECT cruising day on Friday, April 7, 2017. No wind! Not a cloud in the sky! Not too hot – not too cold – just right!
We started with a sweet breakfast at Clay and Patty Thompson’s lake home. They’ve added to the boardwalk complete with cleats for our dozen classic boats to tie up. The outdoor kitchen at the dock was new this year. This dock is the home of Summertime, a 1949 Chris Craft Sportsman 25′ with twin Chris Craft engines.
After morning cruising, lunch time was at Fisherman’s Wharf and then afternoon cruising. Participants got to see more of Lake Hamilton than ever before – who could pass on this perfect day for boating?
