Beaver Lake Day Cruise

Come cruise with us on Beaver Lake in northwest Arkansas!

Catch the Fever of Beaver on Saturday, July 19, 2008 ~~ Meet at Prairie Creek State Park located on the south part of the lake for a 9:00 am launch. We’ll cruise down river to the dam and then back. This will be an ALL DAY EVENT, so be sure to pack a lunch, beverages and swim gear for a 30 mile cruise. We will be cruising an average of sixty miles at 20 mph.

Beaver Lake is part of the White River, known for 200′ deep water and world class scuba diving. This lake has something to offer to just about everyone, from tall cliffs to the serenity of floating in a secluded cove with other Heartland members. Don’t be shy - if you don’t have a boat, there will be plenty of space with those who do.
After a day of cruising, meet for dinner at the world famous Monte Ne Chicken House for a classic family-style fried chicken dinner with all the fixins’.
There will be accomodations in Rogers, Arkansas at the Hampton Inn. Just tell them you are with the Heartland Classics group and you will receive a discounted room rate.
